Account Lead/Manager
Responsibilities
- The ability to communicate confidently, clearly and persuasively in all forms, whether writing a tricky email or presenting our recommendations to a group of clients
- Excellent organisational & project management skills: the ability to stay on top of multiple complex projects, assisting with timing and resourcing plans
- Top-notch client management skills
- Be able to understand and interrogate client marketing strategies, thinking beyond the day-to-day execution detail
- Skilled at developing analytical reports and presenting them to clients
- A sense of humour – we work hard, but we have fun with what we do!
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat with LinkedIn knowledge a bonus)
- Prioritisation and delegation skills: the ability to continuously assess and adjust competing priorities, and to know when to delegate up, down or across the team to manage your workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use your empathy and enthusiasm to bring teams together, spot potential issues, and charm your way to the finish line!
